This 185-page large format hardcover is full of black and white photos of the author performing kata and kumibo, photos from Murakami-sensei's personal albums, and an essay by the author called "My Journey in Budo".

All photos and the DVD sequences were shot in the Author's dojo. The Author's calligraphy is included in the title and all chapter titles. Translated by Joe Swift.

Available separately is a 25-minute DVD of the author performing the kata and kumibo, shot by one of the author's students.
